Fabric

□    Select a theme for your pillow front. For example: red, white and blue.

□    Purchase seven to eight fat quarters of cotton quilting fabric.

□    Semi-solids and small prints are perfect.

□    Stripes and checks are OK, but can require more effort.

□    Avoid bright colors because it is difficult to find crazy quilting thread in bright colors. (Ask me how I know!)

□    Half-yard of good quality muslin. (We have this in stock if you need it.)

Do not purchase fabric for the pillow back until after you have the front pieced.

We will discuss thread for bobbin work at the first class.
