Flowers in Bloom A Quilt by Wendy Warner 
It was Show and Tell time at the May Embroidery Club - but no one was prepared for the excitement generated by Wendy Warner's quilt - Flowers in Bloom. Wendy made the quilt for her daughter who wanted a colorful flower quilt. Lucky daughter! Flowers in Bloom goes way beyond colorful - it is stunning. Wendy used a quilt-as-you-go technique for Flowers in Bloom. Appropriate for a queen size quilt that has 35 embroidered blocks. Seventeen of the blocks were embroidered with flowers and eighteen were embroidered with feather wreaths. Naturally, everyone wanted to know where Wendy purchased her flower designs and she gives credit to mollymine.com. And the Winner Is . . . When you attend a class at Denton Sewing Center, your name is entered in a drawing for a $50 store gift certificate. The drawing takes place at the end of the class schedule.
